Phoenix engages with young and adult NDIS participants across Victoria to support and empower them to achieve their goals. We believe that living with a disability should not limit a person’s potential and value equity and access for all.
Our qualified and experienced NDIS Support Workers support community-based and forensic participants in a range of key areas, including skills development, community participation and capacity building. Our services include:
- Counselling
- Support to attend appointments, education and employment
- Transport
- Developing daily living skills
- Support to complete basic household tasks
- Community access and outreach
- Companionship and social support
- Capacity building
