Employment with Phoenix
Phoenix Specialised Youth and Disability Services provide agency support to organisations who support young people in Out of Home Care. Phoenix also provides Specialised Disability Supports including Support Coordination.
If deemed suitable for a role with Phoenix, a screening call will be conducted. Upon a successful screening call, the recruitment team will request documentation and references.
Once the required documents are received, you may be invited to attend an interview. Upon a successful interview, remaining required documents and check will be requested.
Once all required documents have been received along with 2 appropriate references have been completed, you will be invited to attend our induction. Once the induction is completed you will be given access to our App where you can start supporting our valued clients.

If deemed suited to the role, reference checks will be conducted. Upon successful reference checks you will be contacted for an interview.

Once succesful at interview, you will be scheduled for induction. Once induction is completed you are able to work and will have access to our App.
