Our booking process
If you are enquiring about a new residential house that Phoenix has never supported before, we require information about house location, young people within the house and behaviours of concern.
Once you have gotten into contact via phone or email to the Phoenix Allocations team, our team will redirect you to the 'RESI Referral Form' promoted below. Once we have logged the new shift/client, we will then continue to update you on the response.
